About Me
Brenna Gardner is an award-winning writer with a strong foundation in storytelling, honed during their studies at a community college in the greater Phoenix area. Growing up in southern Maine, just around the corner from American novelist Sarah Orne Jewett’s home, Brenna was immersed in a rich literary tradition. The deep love and respect for nature instilled by their parents now inspires the vivid, immersive worlds they create in their writing.
Now residing in a cottage in the woods of Winterport with their goblin family, Brenna draws inspiration from the natural surroundings, crafting stories that explore complex social structures and vibrant characters. As a queer author, Brenna’s identity deeply informs their work, offering a unique perspective that resonates with readers seeking diverse voices in fiction.
